 Champagne & Sparkling Wines -  I have increased this section a great deal, with another Champagne and two Methode Champenoise Sparkling wine from West Sussex. I have to say they are a revelation, particularly the Cavendish, and are a good comparison to Vintage Grande Marque Champagne at 1/3rd to 1/2 of the price! Rosé Champagne is now becoming popular and this is well worth a try.
